Returns & Exchanges

At DeadAir, we want to ensure your streetwear fits your lifestyle perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
